After years of struggling with chronic migraines, stubborn weight and high inflammation all while living a seemingly healthy life, I finally decided enough is enough. I went on a mission to heal myself from the inside out. Through nutrition, movement and addressing my gut health and my nervous system, I learned how to feel and look my best again.
After working with several coaches myself, I realized my true passion lied in healing women. I became certified in Nutrition, Personal Training and Integrative Health and began helping women feel renewed, youthful, strong and balanced with an effective whole body approach.

Personalized Wellness Consults. We’ll cover your entire wellness profile; nutrition, movement, sleep, hormone health, gut health, metabolism, mood and lifestyle. There are options to work with me for one consult or over a course of 3-12 months. 3-6 months is recommended.
Nutrition Consults/ Kitchen Make-overs If understanding your optimal nutrition is your main priority, I offer a consult that focuses on how and what you’re eating to optimize health and meet your goals; weight loss, muscle growth, sports nutrition. Additionally, we take a look at your pantry and fridge to see if your usual groceries are helping you reach your best health outcomes.
Personal Training Workouts focusing primarily on building muscle and toning up. My progressive overload program is the most effective training style for women to achieve attainable results that are long lasting. 1:1 training and small group training available soon.
Meal-Scaping Need help with what meals to eat through the month? I will build personalized blue-prints for individuals and families to help you meet your health goals in the most nourishing way.
Corporate Wellness Looking for additional health guidance for your employees? Presentations are group coaching will address the your goals; healthier eating, weight management, stress management or general wellness.
